Janeth S. Espinoza, CPA

Janeth Espinoza is a graduate from the University of Virginia and received a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Ernst & Young LLP, performing audits for various Fortune 500 clients, before earning her CPA.

Janeth has over 10 years of experience working in Accounting, Finance, business and personal taxation, working in a variety of industries including, technology, manufacturing, government contractors, restaurants, retailers, not-for-profit, and professional services.

She assists businesses and their owners with bookkeeping, forecasting & budgeting, business planning, tax planning and preparation. Janeth is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Accountants Society of Virginia.

 To maintain her professional credentials, Janeth has to acquire 40 hours of continued education credits each year. Janeth attends various CPA conferences and seminars to keep up to date with the latest accounting and tax law changes.

Isaac M. Espinoza Sr.

Isaac's clients include a variety of small to medium sized businesses and their owners, involved in manufacturing, retail, construction, restaurants, real estate and professional services.

 He has accumulated over 40 years of experience in the areas of accounting, business and personal taxation, and counsels a large number of business owners and individuals.

Isaac is a member of the Accountants Society of Virginia. He has worked with several businesses with all aspect of their financial affairs and is a trusted tax advisor and friend to all whom he serves.

Isaac has been married to his lovely wife Carolina for 38 years.  They have four children.  He enjoys spending time with his family and his grandchildren.

Carlos E Espinoza

Carlos Espinoza is a long time resident of Virginia Beach. He attended Kellam High School and graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS in Systems Engineering. He started his corporate career at AT&T Microelectronics in Reading, PA, where he developed Client/Server solutions for the marketing department. He then worked for JP Morgan in New York City, NY. In 1996, he started working at Credit Suisse First Boston, in New York City. At Credit Suisse, Mr Espinoza worked as a Vice President of Information Technology division supporting the Investment Banking group.

In 2002, Mr. Espinoza moved back to Virginia, where he founded E Systems Corporation. and Incas Corporation. Incas Corporation operated a couple of Peruvian restaurantts in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. E Systems Corporation provided technology solutions for clients in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia including the cities of Virginia Beach and Norfolk. In 2011, Mr Espinoza E Systems Corporation has joined forces with Espinoza Accounting to form Espinoza & Company. Mr. Espinoza specializes in developing Information Technology and Internet solutions for businesses. Mr. Espinoza is also currently the President of the Hampton Roads Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Isaac M. Espinoza

Isaac M. Espinoza received a BA degree from The University of Virginia. After college, he worked as a technology support consultant for various companies in the Washington DC area, having as his main client the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). While in the DC area, he attended George Mason University where he received a Masters Degree in Public Policy.

In 2004, he moved to Virginia Beach to start Incas Coporation along with his brother Carlos Espinoza. In 2007, Isaac Espinoza moved to Peru for a 3 year term where he earned a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu - Peru.
